All payments are payable cash without any discount.
In case of late payment of more than a month later, a 1% delay interest by month is applied.

 

Reservation of ownership clause :

To apply the 80.335 law of the 12/05/80, ,transfer of ownership of the products sold shall be dependent on full payment by the buyer of the price.

 

Guarantee :

The material is refurbished and guaranteed :
Used Material : 6 months, and 3 months for equipment on wheels,
New Material : 1 year.

All portable material is exclusively guaranteed in our workshops.

 

Jurisdiction :

In case of dispute of any kind, sole competence shall lie with the courts in the district of our registered office.
